Working closely with writers, stakeholders, and other designers, I directed the creative process and aligned cross-disciplinary teams to produce a magazine that elevated an executive-level event experience.

Campaign Overview

This project brought together stakeholders, writers, and designers to produce a magazine for an executive-level event. I led the creative team from concept through production—developing project timelines, setting clear goals, and ensuring seamless collaboration across disciplines—while also designing multiple pages myself. To maintain consistency, I created a style guide for the design team and oversaw the full creative process. I also managed the partnership with an external print vendor, handling quality control to deliver polished, high-impact final collateral. The magazine served a dual purpose: as an informative piece attendees could take home and share with their teams about the state of the security industry, and as a guide during the event featuring ads for roundtable discussions, networking sessions, and exclusive demonstrations.
